What does Individual Leasing mean?

Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space.

What are rental installments? Why is my rent not prorated?

To simplify the billing process your total rent for the term is divided into equal installments, due on the first of each month during your residence.

Installment amounts are always equal and never prorated. If you move in after the first of the month or move out before the last day of the month you will still pay the full equal installment for that month
